We are a specialist independent without dealership costs. We believe that offering a one -2- one service to our clients gives the quality personal touch. Your vehicle is with a trusted source who has knowledge of your vehicle through experience, ongoing and up to date training from the manufacturer on all Models and a passion for the product. We are also Vat registered and use genuine JLR parts at all times to guarantee the vehicle has what is recommended.
All work and some parts carry a twelve-month warranty from the date of sale or completion of work. Exemptions are brake and wear and tear items on excessively high mileage vehicles some electrical repairs.
As with every business our drivers require insurance to drive your vehicle to and from the workshop. Exemptions on costs are given dependent on distance of collection. With a technicians home visit we charge for their time and insurances to be on your property.
All services carried out are automatically updated on the JLR online service system or booked stamped on completion in addition to emailing your invoice. Please note to save costs on paperwork and trying to do our bit for the environment invoices are emailed to customers unless they request a paper copy
We do not share any customer information with third parties. We do not share or use customer information on social media or any platform From time to time we will email our customers links to any promotions we are offering we feel will benefit them/their car. Customer can request to be removed by sending us an email.
We sublet Body shop repairs, smart repairs i.e. alloy wheels and leather repairs/replacement work to our trusted third party companies we work with. We also sublet MOT,s as we do not currently have a tester in our team.
